- The highest regard for safety - your children and the people on the road.

- Consistency.
- Fairness.
THIS IS WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Talk with your students about the bus safety rules and the bus rules.
- Let them know that the safety of everyone depends on them following the rules.
- Have your children at the stop at least 5 minutes before stop time.
- Talk to your children about courtesy to other people.
BUS SAFETY RULES
- Cross 10 feet in front of the bus.
- Always watch the driver.
- Do not bend over around the wheels or in front of the bus.
- Walk away from the side of the bus.
- Never go under the bus.
- Never approach a bus until the brake sets.
- Never stand up until you hear the brake set.
BUS RULES
- Follow all directions.
- Stay seated with feet in front of you.
- Exhibit appropriate academic behavior.
- No profanity.
- No food or drink on the bus.
- Be courteous to other people.
- No violence.
- Keep hands / heads, voices, gestures inside the bus.
- Do not destroy property.
CONSEQUENCES
- Warning - (Notify principal and parent).
- Parent conference.
- Suspension of bus privileges.
